Borsch (Red-beet soup)

Soak beans for 5-6 hours. Pour water into the saucepan, cut meat and put it into the water. Add beans and salt the water. Boil meat and beans for 40 minutes, while boiling take off the scale. Peel and mince beet. Fry it on fry pan for 20 minutes, then add tomato paste and stew the beet in tomato paste for 10 more minutes. Peel and cut potatoes, add them to the saucepan. Cut and add cabbage to the saucepan. Put beets in tomato paste to the saucepan. Boil everything for 15-20 minutes. Cut and fry onions. Mince and add carrots to the fry pan. Add a tea-spoon of sugar, table-spoon of vinegar and spices. Add fried onions and carrots and take the saucepan off the oven. Let it stay for 20 minutes. Serve with sour cream, garlic and red pepper.


Ingredients:
200 g of beans
500 g of meat
250 g of beet
300-400 ml of tomato paste
2 potatoes
200 g of cabbage
2 onions
2 carrots
50 g of sour cream
3 cloves of garlic
red pepper

Tomato snack

Press out garlic into a small bowl. Add mayonnaise. Grind cheese. Mix everything. Slice tomatoes. Put the topping on the tomato slices.


Ingredients:
3 tomatoes
3 cloves of garlic
50 ml of mayonnaise
100 g of cheese

Divine burger

Cut bread roll to get a burger. Smear two halves over with mayonnaise. Press out some garlic on one or two halves. Slice tomato and put the slices on the layer of mayonnaise and garlic. Salt the tomato slices. Cover the tomato with a slice of cheese and than the second half of burger.


Ingredients:
1 Bread roll
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 tomato
1 slice of cheese

Salad from beet with mayonnaise and garlic

Boil beets for an hour in pressure cooker. Cool them down, peel them and grate them. Squeeze out garlic. Mix with mayonnaise.



Ingredients:
1 k of beet
5 cloves of garlic
100-150 g of mayonnaise

Pasta with cheese and cutlets

Make and fry cutlets: Soak white bread in milk. Use meat grinder to mince potatoes, onions, garlic and soaked bread. Break eggs, add minced meat, salt, spices and mix everything thoroughly. Form the mass into a geometric figures :-) and fry them.

Boil water in the saucepan. Put pasta into the sauce pan and boil it until it is ready (usually about 10 minutes). Pour out hot water and put the saucepan under running cold water. When the pasta cools down, pour out water and put the pasta into frying pan with cutlets. Grate cheese and add some dill or parsley. Fry for 3-5 more minutes.


Ingredients
200 g of white bread
100 g of milk
1 potatoe
1 onion
3-4 cloves of garlic
2 eggs
500 g of minced meat
500 g of pasta
100-200 g of cheese
some dill
some parsley

Shrimps with garlic sauce (scampi)

Press out garlic, add mayonnaise and mix everything. Boil water, put in frozen scrimps. When water starts boiling again, take the shrimps out. Serve with cold Ukrainian :-) beer.


Ingredients:
1 k of shrimps
6-7 cloves of garlic
100 g of mayonnaise

Veal with onions and garlic a la Ural

Slice veal. Beat the slices of veal. Salt the slices. Pepper the slices. Cut onion and garlic. Put onion and garlic on the slices, roll them up and fry.

500 g of veal
1 onion
5 cloves of garlic

Pizza with mushrooms

Pour wheat flour on the table, form it like a volcano. Break an egg into a hole, add some sour cream, butter, vodka or cognac, salt, sugar, mix everything and make the dough. Cover the dough and keep it for 30-40 minutes.
Cut onions and start frying them. Cut and add garlic. Cut and add mushrooms. Add tomato paste, salt, pepper and other spices.
When the dough is ready, roll it into a thin circle, cover with stuffing, cut and add tomatoes, sweet paper, ham, olives and minced cheese.
Put to microwave for 15 minutes.


Ingredients:
500 g of wheat flour
1 egg
100 g of sour cream
1 table spoon of vodka or cognac
1 onion
5 cloves of garlic
500 g of mushrooms
200 g tomato paste
1 tomato
1 sweet paper
100 ham
Some black olives
100 g of minced cheese

Buckwheat kasha with cutlets

Soak white bread in milk. Use meat grinder to mince potatoes, onions, garlic and soaked bread. Break eggs, add minced meat, salt, spices and mix everything thoroughly. Form the mass into a geometric figures :-) and fry them.
Boil buckwheat for 15 minutes, then let it stew for 10 minutes. When serving add butter to kasha.


Ingredients:
250-300 g of white bread
200 g of milk
1-2 potatoes
1-2 onions
3-4 cloves of garlic
4 eggs
1k of minced meat
300-500 g of buckwheat
25-50 g of butter

Toasts with sprats

Slice up half a loaf of black bread. Fry or toast the slices of black bread. Rub the toasts with garlic. Open a can of sprats and put some on each toast. Also cut and add pickled cucumbers. Cover the toasts with parsley or dill.

Half a loaf of black bread
2-3 cloves of garlic
1 pickled cucumber
Some parsley or dill
