Boiled veal

Wash a piece of veal, put it into pressure cooker and pour water. Add salt, cloves and bay leaf. Boil veal for 40-50 minutes. When ready, slice it and serve with greens and white sauce.

1 k of veal
some cloves
2 bay leaves
white sauce
dill or parsley
