Vermicelli with chicken

Cut chicken and put it into a dish. Cut onions and put them into the dish. Cover the dish and put it into the microwave oven for 20-25 minutes. Put some oil to fry pan, add dry vermicelli and start frying until they get brown. Then add some boiling water and stew vermicelli for 10 minutes. Serve with cucumbers, tomatoes, dill, green onions.


Ingredients:
500 g of chicken fillet
1 onion
500 g of vermicelli
2 cucumbers
2 tomatoes
dill
green onions

Salad with rusks

Cut celery cabbage, put it into the bowl and press a little bit. Cut and add cucumbers. Cut and add tomatoes. Cut and add green onions, dill and parsley. Cut bread to cubes of 1 cm, toast them and add to the bowl. Add salt and oil and mix everything.


Ingredients:
500 f of celery cabbage
2-3 cucumbers
1-2 tomatoes
5-7 green onions
dill
parsley
rusks

Shrimps in spices

Put boiled and frozen shrimps into saucepan and pour water in. Add salt, basil, oregano, dill, parsley, and any spices for sea food. Mix everything. Leave for an hour for ice to melt, then stir everything again thoroughly. Take shrimps out of water. Serve with Ukrainian beer :-)


Ingredients:
2 k of boiled and frozen shrimps
4 tablespoons of salt
basil
oregano
dill
parsley
spices for sea food

Salad from eggs and green onions

Put eggs to the saucepan and pour water. Boil eggs for 10 minutes and cool them down under cold water. Shell eggs, cut them and put to the bowl. Cut green onions and putt them to the bowl. Cut dill and put them to the bowl. Add mayonnaise and mix everything.


Ingredients:
12 eggs
some green onions
some dill
150 ml of mayonnaise

Mushrooms in sour cream

Cut mushrooms and put them into the bowl. Add sour cream, salt and spices. Mix everything. Slice tomato and put the slices on the top. Grate cheese. Cover with greens. Put to microwave oven for half an hour.

500 g of mushrooms
200 g of sour cream
1 tomato
200 g of cheese
Dill or parsley

Boiled veal

Wash a piece of veal, put it into pressure cooker and pour water. Add salt, cloves and bay leaf. Boil veal for 40-50 minutes. When ready, slice it and serve with greens and white sauce.

1 k of veal
some cloves
2 bay leaves
white sauce
dill or parsley

Grilled potatoes with fish

Peel and cut potatoes, put them into the ceramic pan. Cut fish and put over potatoes. Cut onions and put over fish. Pour some mayonnaise. Add tomatoes, dill or parsley. Grind some cheese on the top of all that. Put into microwave grill for 25-30 minutes.


Ingredients:
500 g of potatoes
300 g of fish
50 g of mayonnaise
1 tomato
Dill or parsley
150 g of cheese

Pasta with cheese and cutlets

Make and fry cutlets: Soak white bread in milk. Use meat grinder to mince potatoes, onions, garlic and soaked bread. Break eggs, add minced meat, salt, spices and mix everything thoroughly. Form the mass into a geometric figures :-) and fry them.

Boil water in the saucepan. Put pasta into the sauce pan and boil it until it is ready (usually about 10 minutes). Pour out hot water and put the saucepan under running cold water. When the pasta cools down, pour out water and put the pasta into frying pan with cutlets. Grate cheese and add some dill or parsley. Fry for 3-5 more minutes.


Ingredients
200 g of white bread
100 g of milk
1 potatoe
1 onion
3-4 cloves of garlic
2 eggs
500 g of minced meat
500 g of pasta
100-200 g of cheese
some dill
some parsley

Chicken broth

Cut the chicken and put the pieces into pressure cooker. Cut and add carrots. Add the whole onion. Add water, salt and spices. Boil for half an hour. Serve with parsley and dill.

1 carrot

Dill

Toasts with sprats

Slice up half a loaf of black bread. Fry or toast the slices of black bread. Rub the toasts with garlic. Open a can of sprats and put some on each toast. Also cut and add pickled cucumbers. Cover the toasts with parsley or dill.

Half a loaf of black bread
2-3 cloves of garlic
1 pickled cucumber
Some parsley or dill
