Gorokhovnitsa

Put peas into a saucepan. Add water and leave for 8-10 hours. Wash peas out and boil on slow fire for 40-50 minutes. Cut and fry onions. Add fried onions to the boiled peas. Serve with butter.


Ingredients:
500 g of peas
2 big onions
50 g of butter
