Salad with rusks

Cut celery cabbage, put it into the bowl and press a little bit. Cut and add cucumbers. Cut and add tomatoes. Cut and add green onions, dill and parsley. Cut bread to cubes of 1 cm, toast them and add to the bowl. Add salt and oil and mix everything.


Ingredients:
500 f of celery cabbage
2-3 cucumbers
1-2 tomatoes
5-7 green onions
dill
parsley
rusks

Salad from celery cabbage

Cut celery cabbage and put it into the bowl. Salt and press it so it gave some juice. Cut and add cucumbers. Cut and add green onions. Serve with sunflower oil.

4 cucumbers
5-6 green onions
50 ml of sunflower oil
