Mash cranberries. Pour out the juice. Boil the mashed cranberries for 5 minutes. Add sugar. Filter the compot from mashed berries. Add the juice. Mix starch in cool water. Slowly pour starch into cranberry compot mixing it with a spoon and boil it for 2 minutes.
Ingredients: 500 g of cranberries 1 table spoon of starch
