Stewed liver with potatoes

Pour some oil into the pot. Cut liver, onions and carrots and fry them in the pot for 5 minutes. Peel and cut potatoes and add them to the pot. Pour in some water. Add salt and spices. Stew everything for 20-25 minutes.


Ingredients:
500 g of liver
1-2 onions
1-2 carrots
1 k of potatoes
